WAGE
Our pay scale is based on experience, driving record, and references. Pay is based on actual miles from the truck speedometer, not computer miles. Typical starting wage is .34 cpm.

ADDITIONAL
Additional pick-ups and drops are paid at $20 each. Fully tarped lumber loads are paid at $20. Bulk loads are paid at $20. Restricted travel over width loads are paid at an addition .06 cpm. We offer an additional .02 cpm for 65 mph maximum or .01 cpm for 70 mph maximum.

VACATION
Vacation is payed at .01 cpm.

BONUS
We pay an annual bonus for years of service beggining after five years of service.

INSURANCE
Health insurance is provided cost free to each employee. If you desire insurance coverage for your family it is available at an additional cost, which will be deducted from your settlement semi-monthly. Accident and disability insurance are also available.

RETIREMENT
A 401K Retirement Plan is available to you after 1 year of employment. Cedarpoint will match ½ of your contribution.

HIRING POLICY
You need to be at least 25 years of age or older with a minimum of two years of over the road experience. You are required to have a valid Commercial Driver’s License, a good driving record with no more than three minor violations in the past three years, and no serious or major accidents or violations. We are a drug free work place and require a clear drug and alcohol screening.
